6-Station Pilling Tester
Used for evaluating textile pilling, fabric pilling, woven material pilling or leather abrasion resistance. Test samples are typically rubbed against known abradants such as nylon brush, sponge, or Velcro for a set number of cycles and then compared to industry test standards (such as ASTM D3512) or standards developed in your own lab to document the degree of pilling.
6-Station Cold Condition Bally Tester 220V
Designed with a remote controller and smaller footprint, requiring only 22" (559 mm) of length inside an environmental chamber. Designed to run in an environmental chamber to temperatures of -30C. It comes with a digital temperature display, a digital soak timer, and a digital counter.
Perforated Leather Abrasion Tester
Single station abrasion (fiber fluff) tester designed to perform tests on materials in accordance with Toyota Specification TIS 01208-00F21. The machine is used for evaluating a leather sample’s ability to resist abrading. The cycle speed is 70 CPM (adjustable) with a 20mm operating stroke.
