The design allows the operator to take a test of material from anywhere on the bolt or hide, without having to cut out samples. Compact and easily fits in a standard brief case or backpack. This kit comes with a bottle of de-ionized water, and several samples of test cloth.

Each cycle flexes a crease in the specimen to evaluate the specimen’s propensity to crack, similar to the crease that forms in a shoe’s upper that flexes during walking.
